Where do you ship to?

SHIPPING

UK MAINLAND

THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

  • We offer FREE POSTAGE & PACKING to The Channel Islands

  • We do not refund VAT on items purchased by Channel Island residents

WORLDWIDE INCLUDING THE EU & REPUBLIC OF iRELAND

At the moment we are not able to offer an online shopping experience beyond The UK. We do however have customers that we ship parcels to outside of these islands. Generally these shipments are organised by telephone (44 -1760 -724948) or email ([email protected]) . Payment can be made by Paypal & postage & packing is charged at cost. Returns would be the same as the Republic of Ireland.

What is your Returns Policy

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble 30 day return policy. If you don’t love your Artichoke purchase just pop it back in the post to us. We don’t offer free returns but we are happy to post out exchange items free of charge.

Why dont we offer free returns?

Obviously there is a financial consideration but if like many businesses we charged to send items to you & offered free returns as an alternative, we would save ourselves a lot of money. We think that the majority of our customers would benefit more from FREE P & P & so do our best to minimise our returns.

We do this by calling every new customer to check that they know the brand that they are buying, are happy with the sizing, to answer questions they may have & to encourage them to always contact us either by email or phone prior to purchasing any item that they are unsure about. This keeps our returns to a minimum, helps the planet & of course our customers as well.

  • You can return your goods for any reason at any time within one month of purchase – providing that they are returned in the same condition that they were sold to you with of course the tags still in place & an accompanying receipt.
  • We will not automatically exchange or refund goods that have the tags removed.
  • We do not issue credit notes. Items will either be exchanged or a full refund given.
  • Returns are at your own risk & expense so we suggest that you send them ‘to be signed for’.

Do I need to set up an account to shop online with Artichoke?

You do not need to set up an account to shop online with Artichoke you can always check out as a guest.

If however you chose to shop with us as a customer you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Where do I put my coupon code to claim discount?

Once you have finished shopping with us please click on the shopping basket icon on the upper right hand of the page & click on view basket. Once in your basket you can review your purchases & as you scroll down the right hand side, below the proceed to checkout button you will see a coupon code icon. Please enter your code there.
