Where do you ship to?

SHIPPING

UK MAINLAND

  • We offer FREE POSTAGE & PACKING to UK Mainland
  • Items are sent by Royal Mail, second class, to be signed for
  • We aim to process the order within two working days of receiving it. Royal Mail suggest that their delivery time is two to three days

NORTHERN IRELAND

  • We offer FREE POSTAGE & PACKING to Northern Ireland
  • Items are sent by Royal Mail, second class, to be signed for

THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

  • We offer FREE POSTAGE & PACKING to The Channel Islands
  • Items are sent by Royal Mail, second class, to be signed for
  • We aim to process the order within two working days of receiving it. Royal Mail suggest that their delivery time is two to three days
  • We do not refund VAT on items purchased by Channel Island residents
  • IMPORTANT – Please read returns policy for The Channel Islands

 REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

  • Postage & Packing to The Republic of Ireland is £7.50. Any additional charges at destination will be for your account. These may include duty, VAT & document charges
  • Items are sent by Royal Mail, tracked.
  • We aim to process the order within two working days of receiving it. Royal Mail suggest that their delivery time is three to five days
  • IMPORTANT – Please read returns policy for The Republic of Ireland

WORLDWIDE INCLUDING THE EU

At the moment we are not able to offer an online shopping experience beyond The UK & Ireland. We do however have customers that we ship parcels to outside of these islands. Generally these shipments are organised by telephone (44 -1760 -724948) or email (sales@artichokecollection.co.uk) . Payment can be made by Paypal & postage & packing is charged at cost. Returns would be the same as the Republic of Ireland.

 

What is your Returns Policy

Why dont we offer free returns?

Obviously there is a financial consideration but if like a lot of businesses we charged to send items to you & offered free returns as an alternative, we would save ourselves a lot of money. We think that the majority of our customers would benefit more from FREE P & P & so do our best to minimise our returns.

We do this by calling every new customer to check that they know the brand that they are buying, are happy with the sizing, to answer questions they may have & to encourage them to always contact us either by email or phone prior to purchasing any item that they are unsure about. This keeps our returns to a minimum, helps the planet & of course our customers as well.

UK MAINLAND

  • You can return your goods for any reason at any time within one month of purchase – providing that they are returned in the same condition that they were sold to you with of course the tags still in place & an accompanying receipt.
  • We will not automatically exchange or refund goods that have the tags removed.
  • We do not issue credit notes. Items will either be exchanged or a full refund given.
  • Returns are at your own risk & expense so we suggest that you send them ‘to be signed for’.
