RETURNS POLICY

If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Bought as nightie but wearing as a dress
This is described as being suitable to wear as a dress or nightie and I bought it to wear as the latter. However, I prefer it for day wear so it’s a dress for me. The A Line is flattering for my pear shape and the soft stretchy cotton is comfortable. I bought it in the sale and got a bargain.

Really comfortable striped dress/nightie
I bought this dress to use as a nightie after seeing Sarah and Michaela's video about Loungewear. It's roomy, the seams don't get in the way of comfort and it's very warm. I love it so much I'm going to buy another one x

Fabulous transitional dress in a great colour way
This dress popped up as a sale item and I took a gamble as there is no picture available with someone wearing it (not just Artichoke - there is literally no picture anywhere!) A lovely lady from Artichoke called me the day after I placed the order, which was a lovely touch, so I felt confident that any return would be dealt with promptly. The dress is perfect. A lovely colour way - blue stripe and knee length - great for those tricky times as seasons change. What I loved the most though was the wonderful personal customer service.
