RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Great strap
I love my strap, indeed I love my bag. I had been looking for a one of these bags within my budget. Up it popped. The pink isn’t too strong and the grey matches the bag perfectly. Great bag, great strap/s great price.

BLACK GOLD CHAIN STRAP
I purchased the chain strap to compliment my Isabelle bags (green and taupe) for a more dressed up look. The chain strap is excellent quality with a heavy weight which is something I look for. So many are light weight and cheap looking. This strap (in my opinion) is the quality of “higher end” brands but at a fraction of the price. Well worth the money and of course can always be used on other bags with gold hardware. Great for travelling too. I chose the Isabelle for airport essentials but only need to take the strap to change the look for evening. Love it.

Bring on the bling
Love the way it elegantly transforms a bag from day to evening wear. However, I am 5’2” and it is too long to have as a shoulder strap but works well as a doubled strap.
