A Change to Our Opening Hours in Swaffham

Firstly I would like to thank every single one of our customers, whether you shop with us online or in our Swaffham shop for your patience over the past few months, during a time when has been pretty chaotic in Artichoke Land. I know that upon occasion we have not been able to offer the high level of service that you have come to expect from us & we want to be able to give you.

 

Now that life is getting back to normal I am conscious that we are still not able to look after both sides of the business as well as we would like if we continue with things as they are. Those of you who come into the shop will know that half the time we are distracted by phone calls & packages & the customers we speak to on the phone patiently wait as we carry on two other conversations either in the shop or on the web chat!

 

It is because of this that we have made the decision to reduce days we are open in the Swaffham shop. From week commencing May 1st onwards we will be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays – we will still be open for business between 10 am & 4pm on Wednesday through to Saturday. The office will remain open six days a week, closed only on Sundays & bank holidays.

 

We hope that by doing this we will be able to look after you all & give you the attention that you expect & deserve.
