Pomodoro is a classic British brand renowned for producing beautifully co-ordinated collections.

At the very heart of Pomodoro is an understanding of real women and a desire for them to look & feel the best they can. Pomodoro dresses today’s woman with distinctively designed clothes for a contemporary look that makes her feel confident & special whatever the occasion.

Pomodoro was launched in March 1992 by husband & wife team, Noreen and Hemant Puri, to fill the gap in the ladies wear market for discern ing women who wanted to wear fashion that was individual, feminine and yet affordable. They have successfully achieved this aim for nearly twenty eight years, making thousands of women feel great about what they are wearing through the financial crash & a worldwide pandemic as well as the good times, which is why we love this brand so much.

It is not just because they make beautiful clothes but also because we share a similar ethos. Pinned to the back door of the loo at Artichoke is our mission statement the last sentence of which reads, “Women should leave Artichoke not only looking but also feeling good about themselves” Our mission is made so much easier with the help of brands like Pomodoro who year on year produce collections that are consistently good quality, on trend & don’t break the bank.

Looking ahead to Spring 2021 we are more excited about this collection than we have been for several years. It is small, very tight but fabulous. Noreen has gone back to the drawing board, bringing back some classic Pomodoro styles like the layered skirt, but with a very current twist, she has also found a way of making some very high fashion garments extremely wearable. We cant wait!
