RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Far too small
Buying a size 14 was perhaps a little optimistic (as I do need a 16 in some brands) but I can't even get these jeans over my thighs. I wonder if they're mislabelled. If the labelling's correct, I doubt I could fit into a 16 in this style. They look like nice jeans but I can't really tell since I can't get them on. I have Anna Montana Dora jeans in a 14 and they're snug but do fit.

They are shrinking or I am growing - Oh No!
I love those brand, they are the best jeans but my usual size 10 was far too small. Am optimistic about the replacement 12s. Wonderful service as usual from Artichoke.
