RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Unrivalled customer service
I have just received a pair of jeans from Artichoke that are just what I wanted and a perfect fit. I had sent back a previous order which were not quite right which is one of the problems with buying online. Artichoke made the return very easy then telephoned me to talk about the product and the fit. I have never experienced customer service like that telephone call from Artichoke before. This attention to detail paid off and when the new jeans arrived they were exactly exactly right.
