RETURNS POLICY

If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Great customer service

I wanted another pair of pull on cord trousers and hadn't been able to find them locally and instead found them online at Artichoke. I put the order in and received a lovely follow up call checking sizing (as the reviews had suggested sizing down). I received my trousers in good time and they are exactly what I wanted. I'll buy from this shop again as it was such an excellent all round service. Thank you Artichoke.
