RETURNS POLICY

If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Cosy Jacket
Very pleased with this lovely jacket, will wear with both black or navy trousers. Just the right length for me at 5’2” but did buy a S instead of my usual M as it is quite roomy.

Comforting soft jacket
The fabric was gorgeous - soft and warm, but alas too big for me and swamped me - (5’2 and narrow frame) . Almost worth keeping as a comforter
