RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Quite flattering in the leg but would appreciate a deeper waistband.
I like these trousers but not as much as the Fabiennes because the waistband is narrow and for me it gapes when I sit down. I love the flattering leg shape and they have been great for travelling. I sized down from a 14 to a 12 and I am glad I did. They wash well and dress up or down. Great quality fabric.

Too short
Unfortunately I have returned these lovely trousers. At 5'7 they were just too short and not just above my ankle but third way up my calf so looked ridiculous on me. I also probably should have picked a smaller size for a tighter fit. Sadly not for me but I can see how lovely they are.

Perfect trousers

Bad fit
I phoned artichoke for advice on the best fit trouser and although I’m a generally a size 12/14. I was advised to get a size 10. I ordered a 10 and 12. Both 10 and 12 were too tight and too short and I had to pay £5 to return them. They seem overpriced for the quality

The perfect trouser
Being just under 5'2 tall I struggle to find a decent pair of well fitting trousers. The Stehmann Igor are absolutely perfect for me. I followed the advice and sized down and they are a lovely fit. Love the fabric and the cut so much I 've just ordered two more pairs! These are now my go-to trousers. Thank you Artichoke ladies for your brilliant service!

The advice I received from the girls at Artichoke meant that I ordered only one pair of trousers and the correct size! No multiple choices and sending back!
The style suits my slim legs perfectly and the advice to size down was spot on.
