RETURNS POLICY

If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.

Stunning bag

First time using this store. Bought the most gorgeous olive green bag. Got home from work and it was waiting for me!! Made my day. Perfect size, slightly bigger than I thought it would be but I love that. Not too big and not too small. Quality is great, so well made, I absolutely love it and it is my new favourite bag. The price is great too. I also received a lovely call from owner to introduce herself which I felt was a very nice personal touch. Very happy 😊

Very pleased with the Michaela Leather bag

Service was quick and easy and I’m very happy with the bag. The interior lining is a little stiff which makes it feel a bit less high end but overall I’m very pleased.
