RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

I’ve been wanting this bag since it became available and purchased it as a Christmas present to myself. It’s absolutely beautiful and so versatile too. I know I shall get a lot of use out of it.

Versatile bag
Saw this bag on one of the show reels and decided to buy it. Really like the way it can be used smaller, by using the press studs, or larger. It’s a good functional bag that looks good for a day out, or equally good weigh a more casual outfit. Good price point too. Another winner from Artichoke.

This is such a versatile bag.
A cute larger handbag or a good sized working tote bag.
Very good quality leather.
Lovely shade of navy too.
Easy to convert from a tote to a handbag. Useful compartments inside for added security!
This will be my every day tote bag.
I also have it in dark brown my favourite colour of the two.

Fantastic bag - exactly what I wanted
Lovely bag but aside from that the service was amazing. After receiving my order I got a call to ask if I’d noticed it was out of stock (which I hadn’t!) but I was prepared to wait for a short time. I got another follow-up call (albeit to voicemail as I was crossing the Irish Sea at the time!) to advise it was back in stock and was being dispatched. All in all great service!

Sophie has received a very big welcome!
Sophie received a hug when I opened my parcel from Artichoke. The leather smelt wonderful and I can’t stop stroking her. It is so easy to turn her from a tote into a handbag. The zipped secure compartment inside will be so useful for car keys!
