RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Great shorts
I decided to choose size 16 after reading reviews. Sarah called me to check that I had chosen the right size. I decided to stay with the 16. Delighted with them . Really lovely shorts, good length and comfortable. Will be wearing them for an upcoming holiday.

Favourite Shorts
Un fussy and easy to wear. I dress them up with a belt and espadrilles. I’m 5ft 1” size 10 and these shorts are a 'just above knee’ length. I ordered a second pair in white but these are a tad smaller in the waistband. If I hadn’t already been pleased with the navy I would have taken Sarah’s advice to size up.

Good experience - personal service
I have not had much luck shopping on-line with items arriving looking nothing like the ones on my screen - I have vowed never again!! UNTIL these linen shorts caught my eye and I placed an order. I just knew this was a different experience when the shop owner called me to check size - she was really cute and said she had the same shorts but had to go up a size. So Artichoke is a shop with a website and certainly has the personal touch. Going to have a look at the sale they have on now!!
