Donna is 49, she lives in Norfolk & is married with two children. In a previous life she was a nanny, a maternity nurse & more recently a tortoise re-habilitator. She is almost 5′ tall & a size 8 with big boobs & thighs (her words not mine!)

I love Pomodoro dresses, James Lakeland tops & anything from Freequent

What is the best bit about your job?

Helping someone who lacks confidence select an outfit that makes them feel good about themselves, so much so that they leave the shop with a huge smile on their face rather than the look of despair that they usually have when out shopping for clothes

What is your favourite colour?

Black

Marti Pellow – the lead singer from Wet,Wet,Wet

Roly Poly & Custard

What is the best travel advice you have ever received?

To roll clothes as you pack them – you fit more clothes in your suitcase & they crease less easily

What cause do you care about most deeply?

it is a local one. A few years ago I set up a patrol to help Cranwich toads move from their winter hibernation site across the busy A134 to their spawning ponds. At the moment we do this manually (there are 9,000 of them) but I would love to find a way to secure a permanent secure crossing for them.

What three things do you always keep in your handbag?

A crocodile hair clip,my diary & poo bags

Do you have any pets?

We have 4 dogs, 1 disabled african grey parrot, 2 parakeets, 17 giant tortoises, 59 smaller tortoises ……. and I breed harvest mice.

What is your secret talent?

I write articles about tortoises for veterinary journals

Who would be your dream neighbour?

Anyone who would be happy to look after my 76 tortoises when I go away!

Goals for 2018?

To reduce our household plastic waste & to enjoy the last year of my forties

What do you want to be remembered for?

As a person who did their bit to preserve the planet in a world of people who are intent on destroying it

Baking

How do you deal with problems?

By reminding myself that there is always someone who is in a worse place than me & that with a little patience most things can be sorted out
