RETURNS POLICY
If you don’t like your Artichoke purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item or proof of postage.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.

Fabulous shirt
I was unsure which size to buy so spoke with Donna who chatted through with me. She suggested I measure an existing similar shirt - something I had never thought of doing! Love Eterna Shirts
Gorgeous, excellent quality blouse in a lovely blue, with a neat collar, which I prefer. Although this line is new to Artichoke, I used to buy Eterna shirts when living in Germany and was able to buy from them online until Brexit rules changed. Therefore, was so pleased that you are stocking them. I hope others will like them, too.
