Ten Ways to Wear Brown in Autumn 2021

According to WSGN, which is the fashion buyers bible, Brown is the fastest growing colour in womenswear. It fell out of favour about ten years ago after what seemed like a decade of sludgy colours – I am sure you all remember cargo pants & everything else khaki, beige & brown. At the time I think we all breathed a sigh of relief as vibrant colours regained precedence in our wardrobes but over the past couple of years more of us have been drawn to the simplicity of neutral colours, every front door & windowpane now is painted grey & this has been reflected in fashion by a move to ecru, camels & of course animal print, the new neutral.
