18 months ago we attended our last charity event & since we stopped loading & unloading a transit van twice a day, three times a week Donna & I have noticed the arrival of bingo wings!

Today is all about disguising your upper arms & the heavier part of your legs. Not everyone cares & whether you do or not is not necessarily age related but if you would like some tips on disguising these bits of your body keep watching.
